I love working with clients one on one and building meaningful connections with different clients. I also enjoy the variety of different clients, different organizations and people across the houses that I work with. It feels like I’ve worked here much longer than I have with how easily I’ve been able to adjust and feel comfortable working with Oncall. The shifts are flexible which is perfect while I study, and my manager has been very supportive, providing shifts that accommodate me around my study.
